Australian Rally Championship calendar stable

The Australian Rally Championship will have a permanent calendar until 2025, when all six races will return.

The 2024 fixture list has been maintained, with the season opening in Canberra in March before travelling to Western Australia, Queensland, Victoria, South Australia and finally Tasmania in November.

Although the calendar is very similar, the most significant change to the 2025 calendar is a slightly earlier start.

The 2024 season will not begin until April, while the 2025 season will begin two weeks earlier, on March 21-23.

However, the Canberra Rally is the only event where it is necessary to finalise an agreement with the event organiser.

The Forest Rally, Rally Queensland and Gippsland Rally all take place on roughly the same weekend.

However, the Adelaide Hills Rally and Rally Tasmania will take place about a month earlier than in 2024.

“This year’s Bosch Motorsport Australia Rally Championship was a huge success and with two exciting rounds we have plenty to look forward to in 2024 before attention turns to 2025,” said Adrian Coppin, General Manager, Motorsport and Events, Motorsport Australia.

“We wanted to release this calendar now to clarify plans for next season, as well as providing both existing and new teams with plenty of opportunities to plan their motorsport seasons.

“The six events we have on the 2024 calendar provide the perfect mix of rallies, so it makes sense that we maintain that consistency and momentum into the coming season.

“All of us at Motorsport Australia are looking forward to an exciting season and can’t wait to see the new cars and teams joining the existing teams in this thriving Championship.”

2025 Bosch Motorsport Australian Rally Championship Calendar

Round 1: Canberra Rally – 21-23 March*

Round 2: Forest Rally – 23-25 ​​​​May

Round 3: Rally Queensland – 4-6 July

Round 4: Gippsland Rally – 8-10 August

Round 5: Adelaide Hills Rally – October 3-5

Round 6: Tasmania Rally – November 7-9

*The event is subject to finalization of the contract with the event organizer
