Bishop of Auckland candidates in the 2024 general election

Bishop Auckland was one of the seats that made headlines in 2019 when a Conservative MP was first elected.

Labor will be looking to regain the seat with trade unionist Sam Rushworth, while the Conservatives have chosen small business owner Jane MacBean, who was previously a councilor in Buckinghamshire.
